Short-Term Employees
These individuals are available to work on assignments from one day to one month.
Long-Term Employees
The temp-to-hire position allows the employee to remain on Hudson Temporaries payroll for the first 360 hours (approximately 45 days) of employment before becoming an employee of your company. Ther temp-to-hire position allows you the flexibility of working with the employee prior to making the final decision about hiring him/her on a full-time basis.
Permanent Placement
The permanent placement position allows you to hire one of our employee on a contingency fee basis. We will recruit, screen, and interview the employee before he/she is sent to your company. The employee will then start immediately on your company payroll.
